Genionics is a privately owned company dedicated to ion channel research. We offer a range of products that facilitate drug discovery, diagnostics and clinical management. Our expertise is in the development of next generation ion channel cell lines that are ready-to-use in drug screening projects.
Our proprietary ChanClone™ technology enables us to design ion channel cell lines extremely rapidly. We are building up a comprehensive ion channel cell collection that includes polymorphic and mutated ion channel variants. Our goal is to bridge the gap between genetic diversity and in vitro screening of ion channels. We promote ion channel allele screening in order to accelerate the advancement of personalized medicine in the area of ion channel diseases.
Genionics is located at the Biotech Center of Zurich in Switzerland.
